Welcome to Pine Armenian’s online booking website. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before making a reservation. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Pine Armenian’s online booking services. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Pine Armenian ("we," "us," or "our").

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the booking process.
• Confirmation: All reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number.
• Payment: All payments must be made in full at the time of booking via credit or debit card. Pine Armenian accepts payments in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
• Currency: All prices listed are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).

• Room Rates: Room rates may vary based on factors such as the season, promotions, and availability.
• Taxes and Fees: All room rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated.
• Extra Charges: Pine Armenian does not offer additional services, and therefore no extra charges will apply for amenities such as breakfast or airport transfers.

• Cancellation Policy:
  
  • No Free Cancellation: Cancellations are subject to our approval and are not automatically granted. Please contact us for any cancellation requests, and we will assess each case individually.
  • In the event of an approved cancellation, any fees incurred will be communicated to you at the time of approval.
  • No-show Penalty: If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior notice, a 100% penalty will be charged, and no refunds will be provided.
• Modification Policy: Modifications to your reservation (e.g., change of date or room type) may be subject to availability and additional fees.
• Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days after approval of the cancellation or modification.

• Check-in Time: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards. Early check-in may be available on request and is subject to availability.
• Check-out Time: Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM. Late check-out requests may incur additional charges.
• Identification: You will be required to present a valid ID and the credit card used for booking upon check-in.

• Conduct: Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests and hotel staff. Any abusive, disruptive, or illegal behavior may result in immediate removal without a refund.
• Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. You may be charged for repairs, replacement, or cleaning costs if necessary.
• Smoking Policy: No smoking is allowed inside the hotel premises. Violation of this policy may result in cleaning fees and/or fines.
• Pet Policy: No pets are allowed on the property.

We are not liable for any delay or failure in the performance of our obligations if such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other extraordinary circumstances.

• No Warranty: We provide the services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied.
• Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, except for damages arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Malaysia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly.
